Pros
Great culture. Love the leadership. Bonus program. Christmas Celebrations. Cookouts. Fitness rooms onsite. Monthly contests. Relaxed dress code (jeans, plain white t-shirt and tennis shoes meets dress code here!) Gives back to local communities via Relay for life teams they sponsor. Consistent year over year growth with more opportunities as a result. Go home knowing you helped others each day. Vacation of 3 weeks to start with company. Birthday paid time off. 8 Holidays to earn double pay or get the day off with regular pay. 24 total days off in your first year of employment. Work life balance via scheduled 40 hours per week and discouraged to work over these scheduled 40 hours unless you volunteer to do so in times of need.
Cons
If you cannot manage to come to work on time daily then a call center job is not for you. Come to work and you will succeed with this company. Almost all separations seem to be a result of poor attendance. It is possible to be late 44 times in a year if you are under 15 minutes late and still have no discipline issued. On top of that it is possible to miss 18 days for call outs (since they allow up to 3 consecutive days to count as 1 occurrence),15 vacation days and 8 paid holidays and 1 day off for your BIRTHDAY without being fired from this company. Total of 42 days missed your cards right and still no term! I almost forgot, they also give you attendance points back each month leading to even more time you can miss. I cannot understand how my coworkers get fired for attendance.
