I cannot think of any reason to work here. Reason they have so much turnover.

Management is rude and horrible at their job. Rude to customers and employees. Will belittle employees in front of customers and coworkers workers. Even seen him lie to customers regarding loans, which is illegal. Never seen so many deals fall apart once a deal gets into finance in my entire 20 plus years sales career. The culture is extremely toxic and they have a horrible reputation. Just stay away from MTH!
