      Cons

      Being a smaller company, everyone wears many hats. So a developer must know lots of different types of skills which can be overwhelming especially initially.

      Many opportunities to step up and take charge. Offers hands on experience in every aspect of the SDLC which is rare for a summer internship. Real chance to make an impact in the company. Great mentor support.

      You must be self motivated and determined in order to really succeed and get the most out of the experience
