Worst job ever - Full Charge Bookkeeper MT Shoebox Employee Review

If you’re like me and had a hand in virtually all aspects of accounting but we’re not confident enough to call yourself a specialist, MT Shoebox is a great place to expand your skills. Tina Moon is not only knowledgeable but more patient than anyone I have met. She guided me through aspects of accounting that I had only touched on before. Even though I no longer work with her, I left feeling like I have a better understanding of accounting and where I fit into this field.

Only downside I could even think of is time. It’s not always easy to have enough time to handle everything and Tina’s time is very limited. I foresee this company becoming more successful as the clients and staff increase.

There are no pros for working for this company

The company does not give you the tools to do your job successfully. If you like to be micro-managed then this is the place for you, however be warned that you will also be put down and when you let the owner know anything, they will take a attitude and spout lies to you. This office is a toxic environment and it is no wonder why they are losing clients.
