1.Govt. PSU and hence process to be followed for each decision. Cannot take immediate decisions 2. Work becomes monotonous over a period of time unless posted in specific projects. 3. Performance of individual has a limited role to play. Promotion is time-based and not performance-based. 4. Transfers and postings will be throughout India.
