Good people/staff, everyone gets along and had fun with everyone. We have mandatory Christmas days and events sprinkled throughout the year. It's as memorable as the amount of effort everyone puts in though which sadly can vary by enthusiasm.

Very very long hours which they are transparent about, but in the moment it feels glossed over. It's a niche job with it's niche problem. Expect to not have a work-life balance for 3-4months. The job itself can get stagnant and repetitive after awhile,

Working and improving photography skills with studio lighting.

Overworked, very low pay, no lunch breaks. No bonuses or increase of pay with inflation or with increase of workload outside of contracted job role. Unable to take annual leave outside of closing times at the end of the year. Poor management and communication from management.
