      Pros

      MSP AG is a great employer providing services for a great product: censhare. A leading media asset management system. MSP as well as censhare are on the rise and have lots of growth opportunities right now.

      Cons

      For some MSP might be too small. There are flat hierarchies which is cool for me but might be a con for others because there aren't so much middle management positions. You need to be creative to create career opportunities yourself.

      Pros

      MSP ist zwar klein, aber oho. Es finden regelmäßig Firmenveranstaltungen statt, es gibt eine Redbull Flatrate und Fritz Limonade im Kühlschrank, immer frisches Obst und die Büros sind super modern eingerichtet. Kollegen Afterworks und Bürohunde zu streicheln runden die Sache ab.

      Cons

      MSP hat zwar keinen Pool oder Fitnessstudio wie große Unternehmen - jedoch kennt sich hier jeder und hat immer eine Mittagessen-Begleitung. ;)
