- Lacks systems to support vision, both in software and processes, meaning documentation/improvement/adherence. - Collaboration and benchmarking between the 4 branches do not exist, creating waste and unnecessary internal competition for resources. - Financial reporting and job costing processes need improvement. - Agreement by senior management on key indicators and prioritization of metrics is needed. - Lack of internal systems to quantify employee performance and drive accountability lends itself to a culture of management by inuendo and politics.
