Pros
MSI operates in a much better structure than most HOA Management Companies. There is ample assistance from Service & Support departments so that a managers focus can be primarily on the person-to-person aspect of community management. There is a wonderful community environment within the company with a lot of flexibility and benefits that make it enjoyable to work there. Lots of small company events or lunches through the year. Fun vendor events to build stronger relationships with the vendors you work with. It's the most positive workspace I've ever had the privilege of being a part of.
Cons
It is a lot of pressure. Despite the support in place. Busy seasons can be daunting. You're always the fall-guy in any situation with the boards and communities. Getting yelled at at least 50% of the time by homeowners and battling the multitude of negative stigmas around HOA's takes a mental toll.
