Good group of people interesting work

Sometimes travel heavy, but that is made up in other areas

Friendly environment, good site. Interesting challenges pop up. Good annual pay rises. Inclusive environment (as far as I saw anyway) - although not diverse - but it's an engineering company in Norfolk so limited opportunities to hire diverse personnel anyway.

Strictly average to below average coffee making facilities. No formal process for progression or personal development. No PRP bonus or similar.
