      Pros

      Bonus, shares, chek-in flexibility, good union, roster day, shft pay.

      Cons

      Overall flexibility change a lot between departments. Part-time or job sharing are difficult to obtain in some areas. Loads of new positions open, but it doesn't seem to be easy to shift between roles.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
