Amazing corporate environment. Very supportive and collaborative. They are the best at what they do in the city. Ability to make lots of money.

Sometimes did not offer the right types of support. Need to share more of deal profits with employees. Always offered help, but if help was asked for, it was not necessarily looked upon favorably.

Fun environment, fast-paced, good people, great social atmosphere, ability to make lots of money
