      Pros

      Nice offices, free fruit, many people working hard to make up for truly atrocious management. Close to Leadenhall market. That’s about it!

      Cons

      The biggest con in the finance department is the interim CFO. There probably has never been a more arrogant, uncaring person in at C level. Yes, he’s that bad. Forced people to work over Xmas, demands people double up on jobs rather than recruit, treats his subordinates like dirt, even senior managers.

      Pros

      The people are very nice and friendly. There’s a lot of tenure.

      Cons

      Benefits are not the best or competitive. Those that have tenure have no issue because they’ve reached good status, but it also doesn’t incentivize change for newcomers
