Pros

None - Management vision and mission is to make employees life miserable

Cons

Management - Analytics management doesn't like questions from employees. The moment you ask a logical question you will be targeted. Management thinks and looks at employees as labour. different policies for management and associates. They don't have experience of managing large crowds and they definitely won't learn as well. Leaves - only 15 leaves per year. 1.2 leaves credited per month. Sick leaves - As a proof for torturing employees they don't have sick leaves. HR team - Better to call them recruitment team as they are involved with recruitment only nothing else. HR is just a rubber stamp any questions you ask them will be directed to operations manager. Work from home - 0nly managers are allowed to work from home. Managers would need fresh air to think about new projects itseems but i haven't seen any new projects in last 4 years. Associates are strictly not allowed to work from home. Projects - Analytics team has only 2 clients and work is just reporting nothing else. Few projects are in pipeline from past few years. They will never come out of that pipe. Pink slips - You might get pink slip on any given day. So people with commitments think properly before joining. I have seen people getting pink slips for no reason. You ask a logical question you get fired, you say no for weekend works you get fired. Family business - Its family business don't expect any standards of MNC. This company doesn't provide good quality work or flexibility or monetary benefits If you are jobless or working in some bad company trust me you are in better place. Note : unfortunately negative ratings aren't available so rated 1.

Pros

You'll work with some very genuine, very smart people

Cons

- On-boarding and training of any kind is encompassed by reading a random book off the shelf and watching YouTube videos - Management is fundamentally clueless on how to run a business - The quality of your work environment is contingent on the owner's particular mood that day. Mood swings occur regularly. - Once hired, it's unlikely there's even a purpose for your position - Your job title and daily responsibilities will change with zero visibility into what those changes or expectations will be - You'll have to lie to clients about your experience - Management is under the impression your life outside of work is under their dictation. I was told by the owner he did not want me going to the gym after work, as if I apparently needed his permission to do so
