Pros
My career with MRC has been very positive. - The company has provided with great income potential, as each year, I have made more money than the last, and in this economy over the last 5 years, that is a very uncommon statement. - They have provided me with advancement opportunities, where I have continually moved forward with more responsibility each year. - The ongoing training and development is top notch. The tools that you will learn will be a valuable resource for your entire career, whether you are just starting out or are looking for the next level sales / leadership position. - Its great to be a part of a successful and growing company that has doubled their total employee size, added several locations and developed a next level business model just in my time with the company. - Also, the people are great! I have developed some lifelong friendships with many of my coworkers.
Cons
If the good news is your success depends on you, then i believe for some the bad news is, their success depends on them. The results you see are heavily dependent on the time you put in to prospecting, developing your skill set and learning to master your profession. You will be expected to produce early and often. There will be deadlines, high quotas and high expectations. If that isn't your style, this probably won't be the office for you.
