The organization has been headed by intolerant capitalists since 2007. They are very stingy with their administrative and direct care staff. They cut themselves and upper management checks that are 80 times the amount of their non-management staff. Also, the management and HR staff CLAIM that they can’t give certain people more hours per week or opportunity for advancement, “because we have a budget.” But they only say that as an excuse to brush off poor employees and to enrich themselves. Often times, you will hear the staff in finance gossiping about their own personal drama, political opposition, religion, and any topic that is not to be discussed in the workplace. Female staff members are paid less than half the amount of male staff, which is totally unacceptable.
