Pros
MPower Direct has a clear business development structure which is very easy to adopt. In my 2 years of employment I have seen numerous promotions, as well as have been put in position to discuss possible strategies with some of the top executives in corporate. The pay structure is extremely generous, and the CEO is very involved in his business (which is a plus in my book).
Cons
This company is not designed to nurture the faint of heart (which is also a plus in my book). There is not enough promotion of this company and its success, which often causes skepticism when some people hear about the company and its many benefits for the first time.
