Many love the way people work but they all have a good life

Crazy work environment don't pay enough

Remote work setup is fine

Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
