      Pros

      Pros is the drama that keeps everyone entertained. Noone gets bored as leadership changes keeps happening so frequently.

      Cons

      This should stop. One fine day, oops night, CEO dreams about hiring a leader, HR gets on the job and hires one. Another night, the CEO dream of firing the same person, HR fires this person. MPS is playing with the lives of the people. They dont understand that the people have their families.

      Remote work setup is fine

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
