Respects the labour laws which is saying something in Montreal where a lot of studios do not pay overtime
Cons
Most leads were made lead after having cumulated around 2 years of experiences. Task are not distributed by seniority. Juniors are getting senior shots and seniors getting very junior taks. The company would rather spend thousands on relocation fees, work visas and training new hires than make an effort to retain the people that are already there. I have never seen so many ppl quit every week. They will make you work most weekends Take a job at MPC only if you are desperate.
