The reality is that this place will get rid of you if you don’t adhere to their way of doing things, and if you don’t fit in with their toxic ideals.
Even if you are in with the management, even if you are climbing up the greasy pole, even if you have been there for a long time, in some cases, all of their working life, they will get rid of you in an instant, no warnings, no thank yous, no best of luck messages, just out the door.
The last few years have been an utter bloodbath with people getting their marching orders left, right and centre. Nobody is safe. Middle management and directors will throw you under the bus at any given opportunity.
