Pay wasn't fair for the work actually involved and people weren't informed of decisions which could impact them

Great trucks, good training, good company, routes are good

In that city: Lack of personnel due to people leaving because bosses treat you bad makes daily job impossible to do within the hours External party dispatcher wants you to fail and bosses think drivers are idiots Constant micromanaging of bosses to make you justify why you stopped to the toilets etc Narcissistic Bosses in charge and HQ doesn't investigate the depletion of money for training people that leaves
