Pros

salary would be on time. only for this it's 2 *

Cons

Politics play a major part. Sometimes I wonder it was an institution rather than a company. Most employees don't know how to communicate even the leads and the senior resources they say it's a place where the freshers find a great scope for learning but strictly no. there's a lot of clumsiness regarding the subject. Like, one enters the company with some background for example Java, but he will be forced learn a new platform and after that one more, even this is same for the experienced also. Poor freshers please be very careful you're definitely on to a wrong place. There's a discrimination between the levels of experience of the employees. One who pampers his superiors would get benefits like better hikes etc There would be micro management on the employee. Many say, it's an employee friendly environment, but I don't feel so

Pros

I truly appreciate the culture of collaboration and the availability of subject matter expertise across teams. Whenever challenges arise, there’s always someone willing to step in, share knowledge, and help us address issues with practical, real solutions. It creates an environment where you don’t feel like you’re navigating problems alone. The open communication, shared accountability, and willingness to support one another make it easier to innovate, move quickly, and continuously improve the way we work together.

Cons

As the organization continues to grow, processes can sometimes lag behind the pace of change. There’s an opportunity to further streamline workflows and clarify ownership to reduce occasional inefficiencies.
