Good for felons - BDC Agent MOTiiV Employee Review

Couldn't ask for a better place to work. great job, great atmosphere great people

I don't have any complaints

The job itself is very easy. The trainers were really detailed and fun to be around.

The only thing I can think of that I didn't too much like was the rules would change at any moment and the upper management was very sneaky acting. They would let you go without clear explanations but I guess most jobs are like that in Texas. The pay didn't really increase but to 65 cents once you were hired on permanently. Not good enough for me but it was cool while it lasted.
