It was once a great company with some of the best technical engineers in the industry but all of those staff have now left. It's now very top heavy with an overbloated marketing, HR and Culture team. This has lead too enormous pressure being placed on the billable engineers to bill as much as they can to the point where bringing a T&M project under budget is frowned upon.
