Pros
Great office and location, employees have a good training budget which you have to spend, so you can sharpen your skills or use it for conferences, books etc. Friday free lunches and free breakfast. Good brand as a company to have it on your CV and overall a good stepping stone to move your career further but don't hang around too much.
Cons
It's very hard to get anything done, with awful backlogs and other teams create bottlenecks and blockers. Bureaucratic culture and poor decision-making on big initiatives from management. Cliques in upper management and if you're not one of the cool kids, you won't be given any support to get your work done. Huge legacy in the codebase which complicates everything you do and a lot of politics between the execs which creates a blame culture as well. As a company it has a strong brand and looks very fluffy on the outside but on the inside is a big mess! No wonder most people stay for a year, year and half and leave.
