Cons
Leaders are really out of touch. Heyday was in the mid/late 2000s and there’s a lack of ability (and desire) to evolve. Their remote policy is highly unfavored by most employees and leaders are delusional enough to believe that everyone just can’t wait to be back in the office. It’s laughably so far from reality. There’s a severe lack of vision for the future and the company’s mission statement of being the best creative resource further propels an ego that hasn’t been justified in years.
