Pros
Flexible availability. They understand that for most part timers, school comes first. Clean work environment. Store is well equipped to provide excellent service to customers.
Cons
Adjustments often made to schedule. They will never force you to work extra shifts but because they are so flexible with all members of staff, I was often asked if I could cover a shift at the last minute. I must stress that they will never force you, but being asked week after week can get frustrating.
