This is one of the BEST companies I have ever worked for.

I don't have any complaints about this company.

I met great people and worked with some support analyst that were extremely helpful and nice to me. Gained experience on basic networking and active directory. Commute was 5 minutes from my home.

Manager micro manage everything. I mean everything!!! Would have 10 emails waiting in my inbox each morning as to why I did certain things this way and will want an explanation even thou the user issue was fixed. Manager will smile to your face and say “you’re doing a good job”, but turn around and gossip about you to other senior level support analyst behind your back. Would constantly talk down to me like I was a child. Had an issue if I called out because my kids were home sick. Yet manager will call out approximately three days every month for the duration time I worked there. It was a horrible experience!!! I’m so glad I was laid off.
