Pros
The owner is knowledgeable, present, and always open to new ideas or exploring ways to improve her business. She treats her employees with respect and employees are well compensated. Hard work does not go unnoticed. I work in a comfortable and visually attractive office.
Cons
There was no formal training provided when I started. I really had to learn as I went and adapt. This worked well for someone like me who is willing to ask questions (and a lot of them) and learn through trial and error, but other personalities might struggle with this.
