      Good networking opportunities, good team, tons of free food, good experience to consulting.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime, unclear expectations and minimal to no training or learning. Expected to learn by failure and expected to work after hours and on weekends. Unclear contracts and gatekeeps health benefits, vacation days and health spending. Wage is not sufficient for role
