Pros

None. Perhaps remote working was the only pro.

Cons

I truly feel sorry for every employee hired by this company at a junior/graduate level. You are judged, scrutinized and micromanaged from the very first day even though they will pretend to "trust your expertise". This company's public facade of "we support our employees", which you will hear a lot in their meetings by the way, masks terrible, judgmental, discriminatory, hypocritical and unsupportive culture which will destroy you. You remember any movies with mean kids tormenting others, plotting against them, making their lives hell etc. is what this company does to newbies. This is literally "school bullying" at a corporate level. They provide absolutely NO support, expects you to pour in a lot of extra hours which you are not paid or even appreciated for (I have worked for more than 14 hours on projects with not even a lunch break) while seniors and managers clock out at their normal times (21st century slavery), and yet they will blame you for their shortcomings and failures and incompetencies of seniors. You are expected to take all the regular telling-offs from the seniors and if you speak up against anything (although the manager will "encourage" you to in his pretense to "support" you) they will make your life even worse, i.e. corporate-level bullying. Advice for new candidates: Respect yourselves and make the right decision for your careers. Invest your time and expertise in another company that truly appreciates and values their employees. There are many out there as I have been with many other wonderful companies but MMS is a hell hole.

Pros

Extraordinary leadership, starting at the very top. Uma Sharma is in a league of her own: simply a master class in visionary leadership. Her direct team is approachable, engaged, and transparent. You’re encouraged to speak up, ask questions, and share ideas — and you are heard. There’s a clear sense of direction and purpose. Teams are aligned and focused on delivering meaningful results. Issues are addressed without fear; success is celebrated.

Cons

None that I can think of; the culture is truly remarkable.

Pros

Co-workers were functional experts and delivered timely work.

Cons

Was dissuaded almost to the point of apprehension to follow up with functional groups as "they are the experts" and expected to meet timelines and know their business. This is not the way I have managed at other companies where I kept myself in the dark and assumed things were going great until I heard otherwise. At the sime time was being asked questions I had wanted to follow up for my own knowledge to begin with. Push is for PMs to enter new business opportunities, conduct KOMs, log revenue and move to next project, create basic project plan and timeline and resource, conduct KOM and move on, repeat. No actual FTE to manage the project post KOM hardly at all. Assigned about 25-30 studies at a time to conduct KOMs with, take revenue and have about an hour a week budgeted to manage. Poor onboarding where shown new processes once or twice then felt like a bother to even ask again after that in the beginning. Really should give it one star but Co-workers were good.
