Unprofessional - Anonymous employee MML PR Employee Review

I have never worked anywhere that lacked so much professionalism. Upper management is condescending, rude, and demanding. Employees openly talk about others behind their backs. Emails are ruthlessly harsh, while in-person exchanges are bereft of constructive feedback. The NY office is much too small for the amount of samples they have, so the showroom manager and the interns are essentially going up and down ladders and moving and packing (and unpacking) boxes all day. Hours are long and demanding, and pay is low. Needless to say, the overall environment is hostile, demeaning, and uncreative.
