Pros
Interesting work at times, work in Hawaii, lots of responsibility given early in career, awesome coworkers, nice office, additional days off.
Cons
None of the pros of working here make up for the very toxic work environment that the CEO and leadership create (especially for women). CEO tantrums and anger outbursts, poor management structure and feedback, underpaying employees for Bay Area standards, lack of consistent vision, and projects that go nowhere all create a horribly uncomfortable place to be and crazy turnover like I’ve never seen before. Oh, and forget about a flexible work environment they are still old school and believe if you aren’t in your desk you aren’t working. So expect to be there 8:30-6 no matter what even if that doesn’t make sense for your workload or your life.
