Pros
Best if you want to work in a challenging environment, company is working in manufacturing pole towers for giants like IDEA, vodafone, videocon etc.. Production os electric two wheelere, three wheelers and cars as well. Apart from this, there are lot of govt projects(tender based) going on, so one gets an overall exposure and has to be real flexible to adapt accordingly.
Cons
Work pressure is on the higher side, one has to work 24X7 and there are very holidays available. Its difficult to maintain a work life balance.
