I have may things to say about this company as I was with them for over two years. The leadership is awful and has a "good ole boy" system in place where they promote their buddies. Most of the time these people are not qualified for the position they are given or have a position created for them because they are "liked". If you work here, you need to learn to kiss butt and play the game. Trust no one! HR is a hot mess and has no true leadership. Every year during the holidays they let people go because they mismanaged the business and are trying to make up for loss. People are expendable and you will just be a number to them. They say false things like we are a veteran friendly company, and we care about our team members. It's all lip service. Don't trust these pretenders or even bother wasting your time. Much better options out these!
