      MISO has a very important mission of maintaining reliable electricity for 45 million people in its footprint. Great culture that holds to its declared values of integrity, commitment, collaboration, creativity, and adaptability.

      Cons

      As you might expect with MISO being considered critical infrastructure, MISO is highly regulated which can make innovation and modernization more challenging.

      The people, the benefits, the company mission.

      I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

      Cons

      Senior leadership who can't be honest because they have a bad habit of believing their own BS. Ever seen the reality TV show 'The Traitors'? It's kind like that.
