Some difficult members of public over the phone, late finishes and repetitive.

Good work, Once you have your head around the role it is simple and manageable. Lots of project management, Growth and training opportunities are there within the role

The role fluctuates, sometimes you’ll be super busy, but you will have periods of downtime too. Management doesn’t say no to projects so sometimes you may have projects which you know are just taken for the money, when you may not have the resources to take it on well.
