Credit Union values great. 7 to 7 is flexible.
Cons
Sales more important than service. Sexualized behavior from Sr Mgmt with males. Favoritism in other regions non Lakeland. Promotion depends on managers moods. No real merit in promoting talented employees. Corporate needs to focus in on Regionals then weed out managers. Branch salary employees should clock in. Too much fraternizing and personal business on company dime.
