Can be a troublesome commute if you do not reside in Plano/Frisco/surrounding areas. As is the nature of shared services, many entities have enjoyed autonomy within the corporate structure, and while new initiatives are positive for the company's overall health, some will be met with some push back in the interim due to legacy culture. Potential employees must be prepared to face certain frustrations that come with a multi-subsidiary organization, and realize that their directives still contribute to the overall growth of the organization, whether they experience these changes firsthand or not.
