Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad you found a good work-life balance and connected with your team, it’s unfortunate the rest of your experience didn’t align with the values we strive to uphold. As you may be aware from our training, we take workplace safety very seriously and invest heavily in training and education to help prevent injuries. We make deliberate efforts to help technicians understand how workplace injuries impact not only themselves and their families, but also the organization as a whole.
Additionally, integrity in billing is another core value we take seriously. We have systems in place to monitor time reporting closely to ensure customers are never billed for hours that were not worked. When discrepancies arise, we address them promptly and with accordance to company policy.
