Management needs to be revamped

Fun atmosphere created by CEO (Bill was the best), volunteering opportunities, Wednesday breakfasts, fun holiday events, earn 1.5 days PTO per month, flex hours,

Micromanaging was a nightmare. Not all employees are treated equally or given same educational opportunities. Overworked. Be prepared to work long hours. Do not work through lunch because that is frowned upon, and if you stay late, they have to approve overtime. If you’re one minute late in the morning, work through your entire lunch and work late, they solely focus on the 1 minute you were late (even if you’re not behind on your work). Be prepared to take a lot of classes & study a lot for certifications outside of work.
