Pros
MGT has contracts with some well established clients, although these are slowly being consumed be larger, more adaptable companies. The company is past its heyday. Very easy to get a job with them - it's an applicants market and they will employ just about anyone.
Cons
One of the two Directors is a complete fruit loop. Clinically psychopathic. A nasty piece of work with no ability to manage or separate her emotions from the business.
