They put on a happy front when you first arrive. They will work you until they use up your mental health. They treat CMs like slaves, blaming them for everything. Scapegoat CMs. Upper white mgt prone to shaming, yelling, degrading, etc. Intimidate workers and punish you like you're a child. They say things like, "You're on the naughty list, etc. HR takes the side of the worst employees for fear of being sued. Corporate BS game at its worst. Very abusive and NO work/life balance.
