Pros

Gained lots of experience in med comms by being thrown in the deep end right away Coworkers were great

Cons

Severely overworked. They were trying to grow exponentially revenue wise while not growing at all workforce wise You will be underpaid compared to the rest of the industry No overtime pay, and you will be working overtime Management likes to point fingers at lower management as to why things aren't going well Slow growth opportunities

Pros

Great way to learn the pharmaceutical industry in a short amount of time and build your network. Interesting projects and high level of responsibility = high impact/meaningful work. Generally good people to work with, small company feel, fun team building activities.

Cons

High quality work delivered, but at the expense of its employees. Poor work/life balance, tons of OT, high stress/burnout culture. High amount of negative feedback with little positive feedback from management, little patience to achieve high standards, micromanaging. Low pay for type of work expected and cheap on benefits/rewards. Can lack humility and respect.
