- the team is super nice! - accounts are actually interesting to work on and I learn about so many new things - I get my own assigned desk which I wasnt expectinv at entry level

- Once a week, interns would have an in-depth workshop with different staff members - I was able to completely own my own accounts and gained confidence in my communication skills - I learned how to craft a successful media pitch and how to use Cision

- Anyone who is managing their own accounts is doing significant, revenue-driving work and therefore should not be an unpaid intern - My job could be very discouraging and mundane -- spending hours a day on the phone trying to pitch radio producers who did not have an interest in my clients
