There is no growth opportunity whatsoever. They are trying to implement a growth path now (but this has been said for 9 months now). There are some people in the company who are only there to coast and not excel; unfortunately this creates an environment where there is no personal accountability. The long term vision of the company is to become a learning institute rather than a services organization. This has created a rift between how the company is moving forward, there is an identity crisis. There has been a steady exodus of people leaving the company without properly replacing personnel. Leadership is now becoming more involved in mandating what we need to work on and how to do it; it's becoming a micro-manage type of business model. We claim to be the best in class when it comes to A/B testing and digital strategy; however we really aren't and do a poor job on training the employees.
