They look like a great company on the surface

Mismanaged. Management is extremely rude, constantly talking down to and belittle their employees. Staff is miserable. Management fails to address safety concerns. Management uses the promise of training and advancement opportunities, only to mock you for inquiring about them upon hiring. Rampant sexism and hinted racism from higher ups.
