Discounts for employees are decent Flexible with schedule, but they changed that right before I left Tips are good
Cons
They make it next to impossible to get benefits. Management chooses favorites .Sometimes they forget to pay you the commission you made on enhancements They don’t completely train you and then when you don’t know something, you’re the one who is at fault, or they throw you into something and your way in over your head They make you attend meetings on Skype that could have been an email They don’t like you taking much time off They never have full books They give discounts to anybody at the employees expense. If you need to take leave at all for medical, family, etc. when you get back everyone knows every detail about why you were gone. Nothing is private. Often given cold shoulder by other employees.
