Pros

Nice location oppsite Hyde park

Cons

being an interior designer in this company is like no other. One is worked to the bone, expected to work long hours and deliver whilst others are favoured by the interior design director who does absolutely nothing. I dont feel like I have learnt anything and the office manager who this she is the ceo is on a power trip trying to do my job. Good luck to all applicants.

Pros

Small office Nice location close to Hyde Park Good salary

Cons

An office environment built on fear and paranoia. There is absolutely no respect for the treatment of their employees or fellow contractors. Employees are paid well, but this is in return for an awful working environment, stress, and being spoken down to constantly. The CEO is less than a supportive boss. There is no company culture, although they'll always tell you it's a real 'family atmosphere'. There is no HR department so all enquiries are handled by his PA, with obviously the CEOs best interests at heart. Issues are swept under the rug and not to be discussed, and due to their mis-management, they have been in countless disputes with fellow contractors and ex-employees. The turn over rate for employees is incredibly high due to being treated unfairly and also a lack of projects over the last two years. They've fired staff and then re-hired the same position a few weeks/months later when they've realised they actually needed those positions filled. Honestly, if you're unfortunate enough to walk through those doors, tempted by the salary and the illusion of 'luxury', do yourself a favour and walk right back out the door. It'll be the best thing you'll do for your sanity and career.
